Coherence Flow Experience with Bonnie. An immersive evening of Spinal Flow, Quantum Sound, and deep rest.
The Coherence Flow Experience is an intimate 2-hour group experience that combines the Spinal Flow Technique, immersive Quantum Sound, and extended rest within Aloha's frequency-supported coherence environment. These deeply restorative practices are woven together into one continuous experience designed to support relaxation, presence, and nervous system ease.
The experience flows naturally between two spaces. While two participants receive their Spinal Flow session with Bonnie - a gentle, light-touch practice applied at key access points along the spine to release stored tension and stress- others rest within the coherence environment, immersed in the frequency field and surrounded by the layered resonance of live Quantum Sound.
Participants rotate through both experiences, allowing everyone to receive the full benefit of the evening.
