What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that anyone can learn. It is rooted in the belief system that there is a life force energy within us and around us. When this flow of energy is blocked by trauma, ailments and discomforts in the body begins. Flowing Reiki to those places in the body can begin healing the blocks, and allow the energy of Life to flow through the person again. One of the important things Reiki does is to soothe and calm the nervous system, generating a healing response within your body. In classes, you receive attunements, which opens you up energetically to channel Reiki through your hands from divine realms to heal yourself and others.
