Sound Bath with Vivien

Vivien is a sound healing practitioner that specializes in sound baths that bring light and ethereal energy to each session. For Vivien, becoming a mom was what led to her discovery of various healing modalities to channel divinity and harmony into her own life. This ultimately led to a passion to nurture and spread healing energy to those around her. She has trained with locally renowned meditation studio ZenDen and been mentored by global sound healing leader, Avery Whitmore. She is also trained in Reiki, which allows her to harness further depth and intuition in her sessions.

Sound healing is an ancient practice of playing frequencies or notes that resonate with our chakras to re-align our mind and body when we feel out of balance.
