Reiki Level 1

This is the beginning of a beautiful spiritual path. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality that anyone can learn. It is rooted in the belief system that there is a life force energy within us and around us. When this flow of energy is blocked, ailments and discomforts in the body begins. Flowing Reiki to those places in the body can begin healing the blocks, and allow the energy of Life to flow through the person again. In this class, you will receive an attunement to Reiki Level 1, which opens you up energetically to channel Reiki through your hands from divine realms to heal yourself and others. We learn about Reiki as a self-care tool, and how to give a Reiki session to others.  The class covers:
