How do I prepare for a session?
Basically, prepare for a relaxing nap!
Dress comfortably with layers. While the room is temperature controlled, as the body enters into relaxation, blood moves from the periphery into our internal organs. Thus, you may feel a little chill as you relax.
Bring a sleep eye mask if you would like complete darkness. Ensure you drink plenty of water before and after your EE session. It will help your body adjust to the energy.
How long does a typical session last?
Sessions are booked by the hour. While one hour is an excellent opportunity to relax and enter into a theta state, two-hour sessions are recommended to receive the optimal healing effects provided by the system.
How can I make my session benefits last even longer?
A whole-body salt bath is the most important thing you can do to maximize the benefits of your session. Use 1 pound of sea salt in a warm bath for 20-30 minutes. It is ideal to do this bath right after your session (within the 24 hours of session). If you do not have a tub, a foot bath is recommended to achieve similar results.
