Winter Solstice Healing Circle

In this guided meditation, we will be closing old energies (contracts/obligations/unfulfilled goals and dreams) to open up a space within you to invite in new manifestations going into 2026. Winter Solstice is a wonderful time to close old promises to the self and plant the seeds for new beginnings. When allowing the wisdom of Winter to settle into you, you need to rest and allow your body and soul to rejuvenate. Like how farmers allow their land to rest during the colder months, we must also do the same to be prepared for what blooms in the following Spring and Summer.
