A gentle, restorative introduction to Aloha designed to help you slow down, exhale, and reconnect with yourself. No experience is needed—only a willingness to pause long enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you.
 

There is no right way to spend an hour in our EES rooms, only your way. Meditate, journal, stretch, or simply close your eyes and be still. What makes it different is where you are while you do it. A frequency-supported restorative space that holds you in a way no living room couch ever could. You'll leave feeling clearer, rested and more balanced than when you arrived. What makes the experience different is the environment itself: a frequency-supported space designed to help the body unwind and the mind become quieter.

Aloha offers two ways to experience the work privately: bringing the experience to you, or hosting your group exclusively within the Aloha space.
 

On-Site Visits - Bonnie is available to bring a tailored Aloha Experience directly to your space.These sessions are designed for groups such as corporate teams, women’s gatherings, retreats, and private events, and are adapted based on group size, timing, and intention.

Enhancements are available to help personalize your experience at Aloha, and to provide ways to support integrating the work into your life outside of Aloha.
